For one night only, the life of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky is told through an all-original, full-length ballet. Tchaikovsky: A Love Letter invites audiences into the final six days of the composer’s life, as six letters act as portals — awakening memories of his past, his triumphs, his relationships, and the hidden truths he could never speak aloud. Set to his roaring compositions, with an emphasis on his final masterpiece, Pathétique, this ballet paints an intimate portrait of a man whose art endured even as his freedom was denied — revealing a life shaped by brilliance, longing, and an unbreakable bond with his music.
Through poetic choreography and haunting theatricality, the ballet reveals a man both extraordinary and human — a life lived in beauty and in the shadows. It is a portrait of resilience, and a reminder that no matter how fierce the repression, the artist will always rise.
